Methodology
How we curate.
Most job boards optimize for volume — millions of listings, mostly noise. Solvfit optimizes for signal. Every one of the 89 listings on the board passes the same four-filter quality gate before it surfaces. Here's the exact gate, no hand-waving.
Filter 1 · Niche
AI / fintech / payments / compliance / legal-tech only
Job title or description must mention at least one of: AI, ML, machine learning, LLM, NLP, generative AI, fintech, payments, banking, treasury, compliance, AML, KYC, fraud, risk, regtech, sanctions, legal-tech, crypto, blockchain. If a role doesn't touch this universe, it doesn't make the board.
Filter 2 · Senior+
No junior listings. Title must signal seniority.
Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Manager, Director, Head, VP, Founding, or Chief — at least one. Junior and new-grad roles are easier to find on Indeed and LinkedIn. Solvfit's audience is engineers and operators who already know what they're looking for.
Filter 3 · Geography
APAC or fully unrestricted remote
India, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, or Malaysia — those count. So does pure "Remote" or "Worldwide." We explicitly reject region-locked remote (Remote-EMEA, Remote-Sweden, Remote-Americas) — if you can't apply from APAC, the listing doesn't make sense for our audience.
Filter 4 · Tech-track titles only
No sales, marketing, HR, or finance-ops spillover
Many ATS systems return roles whose descriptions mention fintech but whose actual job is sales or BD. We reject titles containing "marketing," "sales," "account executive/manager," "customer success," "partnerships," "communications," "human resources," "people ops," "recruiter," "accounts receivable," "financial reporting," "art director," "growth/expansion/community manager," "inside sales," "outbound," or "paralegal." A senior software engineer at Stripe APAC makes the cut. A senior account executive at Stripe APAC does not.

Where the listings come from
Solvfit pulls from public ATS APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Smartrecruiters, Pinpoint HQ) for 30+ verified companies, plus a hand-curated seed list. No HTML scraping, no LinkedIn ingestion, no aggregator middlemen. Every job links directly to the hiring company's careers page — Solvfit is not the employer.
We deliberately exclude listing aggregators that mask employer names. If you can't see who you'd actually be working for, it's not a real listing.

Honesty
What we don't do
- We don't sponsor visas, screen candidates, or place applicants. Solvfit is a discovery surface, not a recruiter.
- We don't accept "guaranteed placements" — every listing links straight to the hiring company.
- We don't paywall the board. Free for candidates, free for agents, free forever.
- We don't republish jobs from aggregators that mask the real employer.
- We don't pad the board with junior or non-tech roles to inflate the count.
